Terms and Conditions including Policies.

Premises Security Policy:

For Cancellations, Please Email us with your Unique number to confirm your cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your consultation or installation to avoid being charged (£100.00).

For Installations we offer another agreed date and time will be offered first, before we issue a charge.

When we issue a charge, we give 7 days for payments, if you fail to pay the invoice, we will instruct solicitors and maybe debt recovery agents to collect which will be added to your costs.

 

CCTV Full Installations:

Please book a Consultation at least 3 days before the installation date. A consultation is £50.00 which is deducted from the final cost of your install. Consultation fee is none refunded.

​On Full installations, if you’re not happy with the system, you have the rights to ask us to remove it within 7 days of installation. We will refund you minus a £150 fee for installers time.  (Other products IE TP Links will remain your property). We also install our company on your system in case you have any issues, we can remotely access your system to help you more quickly, (We dont use these details unless you require us to) If you remove our settings, you will also invalidate your warranty. Unless advised NEVER reboot your system, and ALWAYS shut down your system before unplugging the power supply, as this will blow your hard drive which then wont be covered under your warranty. Try and use a power server plug.

Premises Security Monthly Plans:

Monthly Plan Consultations are £100 on booking and is none refunded. We sometimes are required to carry out a credit check, If for any reason you fail this, we can offer you £50 refund, or offer you a full installation and use the consultation fee as a deposit. All equipment remains property of 247 Surveillance Intelligence until final payment has received.

​When renting one of our systems, we allow 7 days between consultation and installation in case you change your mind. The £100 consultation cannot be refunded. While you have our rental, if you more address you must inform us. If you leave the system behind, you will be charged £400 plus the remainder of your contract and any cost finding you and recovering the debt.

Payments:

Payments MUST be made on installation. we do not accept cash, we have card machines available with installers or Bank transfer. NO CHEQUES!

Refunds:

Any refunds requests must be sent via email to accounts@247si.co.uk and must include your Unique Reference number, your installation address, a reason for the refund and the banking details you which for the refund to be sent. A refund can take up to 7-10 business working days to arrive in your account.

247 Surveillance Intelligence reserves the right to cancel an appointment or a rental agreement and remove equipment within 48 hours’ notice for non-payments.
